Behind Genesis Crafty are six
brothers, who also happen to be
six bakers. And, with six brothers
working together, there are usually
rows, sometimes scuffles, but
on the odd occasion there are
flashes of genius. This is one of
them. We’ve replaced the sugar
with honey and the buttermilk with
yogurt to make an exceptional
wheaten bread, made from
exceptional ingredients. It’s the
bee’s knees!
