Marks and Spencers appoint Genesis to produce buns and apple pies for their NI stores.

So we’re pretty pleased to announce that as of 1st May 2010, we are now producing iced tops, jam haystacks, cheesecakes, apple pies and apple crumbles for M&S’s multi-award winning ‘Simply Food’ stores.
